Zhang Ruifang, a 100-year old woman, from China’s Henan Province, has a strange horn coming out of the left side of her forehead. Her bizarre horn started growing last year, and now measures between 5-6 cm in length.

It’s reported that the protusion resembles a cutaneous horn, which is made up of compacted keratin, which is the same protein we have in our hair and nails, and forms horns, wool and feathers in animals.
They usually develop in fair-skinned elderly adults who have a history of significant sun exposure but it is extremely unusual to see it form protrusions of this size.

Chinese man Peng Shulin’s body was cut in two by a lorry in 1995. It took a team of more than 20 doctors to save his life, but the legless Mr Peng was left only 78cm tall.

28-year-old Lee Jin-gyu got married last month with his ‘dakimakura’ – a kind of large, huggable pillow from Japan, often with a picture of a popular anime character printed on the side.

In Lee’s case, his beloved pillow has an image of Fate Testarossa, from Japanese anime series Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha.
The Korean has wed the pillow in a special ceremony, after fitting it out with a wedding dress for the service in front of a local priest.
